And so important to share with our children while they are still young and open to ideas. I read a quote by Frederick Douglass – “It is easier to build strong children Than to repair broken men.” Understanding that your way is not the only possible reality/way and learning to step back and ask, “what is going on here?” as your wise therapist suggested could help dramatically with building a ‘healthier world’.
