I’ve been away so it’s a treat to be back amid such culinary delights as the previous post and this one! We used to go sugaring in VT when we homesteaded there. I’d never had syrup and pickles before that but the combo was surprisingly good (though I prefer my syrup on pancakes or waffles). I may have to try the above recipe this weekend just as a homecoming treat. I LOVE lemon curd!
